Each grape is meticulously hand-harvested, gently processed, and then matured in large wooden barrels. Before bottling, the wine undergoes a period of harmonisation in a concrete tank.

In the glass, it presents a typical light Bordeaux red hue, with a medium density and subtle brightening along the rim.
